I offer a wide range of architectural and planning services, with particular expertise in navigating the planning process.
This includes householder planning applications for extensions, dormers and renovations.
Change of use applications, holiday lets, barn conversions and rural development.
I can also assist with agricultural planning, including 28-day prior approval notices,
as well as feasibility studies and planning advice to assess the development potential of land or property before you commit.
For property and legal matters, I also prepare Land Registry-compliant plans and drawings for solicitors.

I’m Kirsty, founder of Sullivan Architectural, an independent design practice based in Monmouthshire.
I work personally with every client from the first conversation and initial ideas through to design development and planning submission.
That means you deal directly with me throughout your project, rather than being passed between different members of a larger team.
I specialise in extensions, renovations, barn conversions, new homes and rural properties, combining thoughtful design with practical experience and a strong understanding of the planning process.
